Info-Session zur Smart Genossenschaft – das neue Arbeitsmodell für Solo-Selbständige

Smart ist ein Gemeinschaftsunternehmen, das auf Solidarität und den Prinzipien der Sozialwirtschaft beruht. Die Genossenschaft folgt dem Prinzip der Shared Company, indem sich alle Mitglieder die Kosten für das gemeinschaftliche Unternehmen durch die Verwaltung der administrativen und wirtschaftlichen Leistungen innerhalb der Genossenschaft teilen.

Aktive Smart-Mitglieder sind für die selbstständigen oder freiberuflichen Aufträge, die sie von der Genossenschaft abrechnen lassen, angestellt – in Voll- oder Teilzeit, mit Mini-Job oder sozialversicherungspflichtig. An ihre Kund*innen stellen die Mitglieder keine eigenen Rechnungen mehr, sondern das Smart-Verwaltungsteam übernimmt sowohl die Rechnungsstellung als auch Zahlungserinnerungen und anderes Bürokratisches, weshalb für die Mitglieder mehr Zeit fürs Wesentliche bleibt. Aus ihren durchschnittlichen Einnahmen über mehrere Monate ermittelt die Genossenschaft ein gemitteltes Gehalt, das den Mitgliedern an jedem Monatsende zukommt – und Smart kümmert natürlich sich um die Weiterleitung der Sozialabgaben und Lohnsteuer.

Smart cooperative info session for freelancers

Tired of the bureaucracy attached to freelancing in Germany? Not sure about health insurance? Meet the Smart cooperative, a new model of working as a freelancer in Germany. As a Smart cooperative member, you work flexibly and independently as usual, but you are employed by the cooperative and benefit from public health, pension and unemployment insurance. Your salary is calculated on the basis of your average income, providing you with a constant income, even if things don’t go well for a moment. This gives you social security and stability for now and the future! Smart members are part of the renaissance of the cooperative idea in Europe. You share services, infrastructure and costs with the other members in a spirit of solidarity, and you can actively participate in determining how the cooperative develops in the future. Smart is used by over 700 self-employed people from many different sectors throughout Germany: Education, IT/software, management consultancy, bicycle courier services and the cultural and creative industries.
